Step 1: Review Technology Requirements

The following are required to attend the live web events:

• A Javascript enabled web browser with the Flash 10 plug-in
• Examples of acceptable web browsers:
  PC: Internet Explorer 6+; Firefox 3.5.3+; Opera 9+
  MAC: Firefox 2.0.0.20+; Safari 3.0.4+
• A high-speed Internet connection (such as DSL or Cable, NOT dial-up)

Step 2: Check for Flash Plug-In

The white box below reports whether or not you have the necessary Adobe Flash plug-in. Please follow the instructions you see there.
